About the Author:

Tom Wesson is Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the Schulich School of Business at York University. Professor Wesson received his Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and his MBA and PhD in Business Economics from Harvard University. His research focuses on issues of international business strategy and government policies towards business.
